A little about me...
My personal experiences and witnessing the impact of mental health on my life and the lives of those I care about drive my passion as a therapist. This work is meaningful to me, as I’ve seen its relevance to my own healing and want to be able to offer that to others. A big part of my passion as a therapist is being someone who could have been there for my younger self when I felt confused about where to place my emotions and feelings. I remember thinking and feeling that I must be the only one who felt this way.

My hope for my clients is to come alongside them in their journey toward healing and to communicate that no one needs to go through hard things—or triumphs—alone. I am passionate about the hope and healing that can come from creating a safe space for my clients. I believe deeply in the hard-earned journey that comes with acknowledging and processing our past experiences, trauma, and its impact on our mental health.

I value my role as a therapist and feel honored to be a small part of my clients' journeys toward knowing and understanding themselves better. I emphasize normalizing the complicated feelings that come with the human experience, and I believe that as social beings, we need one another to navigate life’s peaks and valleys. I am excited for the opportunity to be a sounding board for you, and I am dedicated to supporting and empowering you in your brave decision to come home to yourself.
