A little about me...
I'm a firm believer that everyone deserves a safe and healing space to navigate life's challenges, free from judgment. It's a privilege to be invited into the tender chapters of people's stories, and I don't take that lightly.

In my approach to counseling, I see you as the true "expert" in your life, and I'm here to guide and mentor you on your journey. I embrace a client-centered, humanistic philosophy, weaving in strengths, mindfulness, family-systems insights, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), always taking into account your unique cultural concerns and practices.

My experience revolves around helping clients dealing with anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I'd describe myself as down-to-earth, authentic, and genuine throughout our therapy journey.

On a personal note, when I'm not in the counseling room, I cherish spending time with my family and three dogs. I love weekend getaways, Harley-Davidson rides, music concerts, Disney dates, and all things coffee. Let's work together to make your life journey a fulfilling and empowering one.
